        While placing my original order at the drive thru, I repeated twice "mid coffee 3 sugar no cream"; after second repeat they confirmed "one cream", I re-verbilized ZERO! What do u think happened? I got some... white-ish beverage... and when I spoke up about it one of them looked at me like I'm a bad guy there... they almost ruined my day there, since I'm allergic, and they tried to make me feel guilty! And most of Tim's are like that... absolutely ignorant I understand that they work as they're being paid, but it's not a reason to ignore allergies.
