        Order dark roast coffee got cold tea instead Also ordered belt bagel and the served it with brown lettuce on my mother in laws sandwiches she is not a healthy person she would feel more sick if she ate it she has Parkinsons and cancer

        Always busy, come here if you have time to waste. Every time Im in here its so busy. And takes 15+ minutes for a pumpkin spice latte. Very unsatisfactory.

        As the only vehicle in the drive through I thought what can possibly go wrong? This experience was an experience. Ordered 20 TimBits and received 16. Ordered a blueberry muffin and a latte, No order confirmation from drive through staff. Had to confirm order at cashier. I was not sure what to expect, 2:45PM and not busy. I can only imagine.

        This must be one of the worst locations, the staff at this location dont care about the customer service they provide nor do they care to improve what they lack in customer service, they all act like they own the store, it there way or the highway. However I feel they are not all to blame, this comes down to leadership store management or the owners. Why be in the customer service industry if you cant train your staff to provide just that ? Just today I waited 20 mins in the drive thru line up to get one coffee, if there was a way to get out of this line up I wouldve. When I asked the drive thru lady about why such a big line up today she gave me the dirtiest look and said she doesnt care, WOW!! This is the person who just served me my coffee, NO THANKS, Ill be going elsewhere from now on.
