Good location. Rooms need a substantial update. Loud construction was not disclosed on website at booking time. Staff are friendly.

Sep. 23 Check in Two fire alarms occurred. Firefighters came. I ran down from the 23rd floor. The employee could not explain the cause of the fire alarm. It took about three hours after we checked in, but the room was still unused. We ran down from the 23rd floor twice due to two fire alarms. The hotel staff refused to let us check out. They also couldn't guarantee that the fire alarm would not go off at night, so we insisted on changing. Hotel, but they had to pay for two rooms for one day before I could leave.

Shout out amazing KEO at front desk!!! She is so professional, efficient and enthusiastic what she works on. I have problem with my reservation when check in, I was there for 30 minute, no one pay attention on me, even managers there. Suddenly Keo approached me and helped me solve it very quick with good manner. I know she took her break shorter to help the line up. I really appreciate her time and she made my day.

im giving 5 star for my 2 night stay at sandman hotel at davie st. for a great service and amazing view at 19th floor the room are quite old but its clean and organize and i'll be back again
