Bad. There are problems with: - the toilet kept flushing because something was stuck. - Shower drain clogged and staff did not help when requested again. - wifi is horrendous. - Staff is not helpful nor kind. - Very loud everywhere. - room has a moldy scent. But the pool was okay.

My sisters and i loved your hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. We completely understood the hotel was undergoing some rennovations but it didn't negatively impact our trip at all. We really appreciated the responsiveness to the notice that we were traveling with a mobility scooter and the room we were given made working with/around that necessity so much easier. We had an easy place to park it in the room where it could charge without creating a tripping hazard. I arrived hours ahead of check-in, and my sisters, and I had planned to leave my bags with the front desk and go find some lunch. I was just floored that the room was ready for us early and the front desk was happy to get me in there. Your location was excellent. Easy to reach from the train and bus and a very walkable distance to the cruise terminal with good places to eat nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay Rooms: We did stay in one of the hallway end rooms. I did notify the hotel when I made the reservation that I travel with a mobility scooter so I believe they gave us a room better suited to manage this piece of equipment. Nearby activities: nice mid distance between the bus and train terminals and the Cruise terminal. Not a bad distance to Stanley Park either though I would reccomend an Uber or Lyft for that visit if not driving. Food & drinks: With 2 restaurants in the building, they have good offerings.
