Greig Associates X-Ray, Ultrasound & Mammography Inc.

Super unhappy, i called ahead asking if I need an appointment for an xray and the lady said its 1st come 1 st serve till 5:30pm. I rushed here from surrey, got here at 515pm and then was turned away because they said there short staffed and a technician didnt come in. I asked why they didnt tell me that over the phone? And her response was... she JUST started work at 5pm and JUST found out! REALLY???? You ONLY work a 1 hour shift???? BECAUSE IT CLOSES AT 6PM!!!! I usually love coming here but, man... i dunno if id come back!

The front staff are pleasant and do their best, but I was incorrectly told over the phone that my requisition from a private clinic in Montreal would be accepted. On my arrival, my requisition was not accepted as it was from Quebec and I was then given more incorrect information that I needed to go to my family doctor in BC, get an x-ray requisition from him, in order to have the x-ray completed. My family doctor's office had said that Greig Associates would accept the requisition from the private clinic and that I didn't need one from him. I said so. They insisted that they could not do it. I had called ahead to make sure that there would be no issues because it has only been 2 weeks since my surgery, my mobility is very limited and transportation is difficult for me. I called the next closest x-ray location and they accepted my requisition! The paperwork from Quebec is a little more complicated, but they were willing to do it and I completed my x-rays within hours of Greig and Assoc. telling me that I had to go back to my family doctor, which would have entailed weeks of delay, which would have delayed my post-op appointment with my surgeon next week... all because the supervisory staff at Greig Associates were ignorant at best, or lazy and dishonest at worst.

Very friendly and kind staffs. I felt very comfortable at the office. I got an early appointment and was helped right away when I was there. Very accommodating

Dont have your first ultrasound (or any ultrasound) herepartner wasnt allowed to join me till AFTER I saw my baby for the first time everfelt like we were robbed of a very special moment in our lives.

Theyre not letting me use their services until I clear my account and pay $75 because they booked me an appointment without even consulting me or even confirming that I could make it. So even though its their fault 100%, Im the one who has to bear the burden of their mistake.
