I just realized that Im not the only one who had problems with the receptionist (male). Very rude and impolite, does not give information in a friendly manner. If he doesn't want to give information I don't understand what he is doing working in customer service.

Vancouver ultrasound offers the in time service to us, very friendly and high quality, kindly comfort patient like me-breast cancer patient. I am so thankful for her expertise and love heart! The service was so good and technician lady called Wendy is very gentle and knowledgeable! She did give me booking very quickly and I was very happy about the results and she completely help me come down, reduced my stress levels and relaxed me with wisdom words! Thanks and I will definitely referral my friends to see her if they have need.

During my recent ultrasound exam with Wendy, I was impressed by her thoroughness and attention to detail, as well as her compassionate and reassuring manner. Wendy took the time to explain each step of the procedure and answer any questions I had, which made me feel at ease and well-informed throughout the exam. Her caring and patient attitude made a real difference in my experience, and I am grateful for the excellent care she provided!
