Anthony down there who shared his poor experience was not based on fact. He should mention there were other witnesses and Im one of them. When Anthony finished washing his dog and walking out of the self wash area. He was pointing out the employee there are ridiculous and one of them let him in earlier and now they were trying to push him end as soon as possible. Honestly Anthony did wash his dog quite quick but the employee didnt really push him and not yelling at all. After that this guy went cashier and try to pay the service, he started acting show again, he tried to make a couple who stood close to cashier felt those employees were terrible but obviously he failed since those couple knew what he did and try to explain how self-wash works at Bosley but this guys just wouldnt listen at all. Anthony yelled so loud that even I was still in self wash area that I could hear his voice. But apparently in his review, he didnt mention this since he would like to make himself a victim instead of something else. If he truly visit Bosley a lot how could him not know the rules that walk in have lower priority with appointments booked advanced as he mentioned his friends experience at Bosley as well. He was arguing here for about 10 minutes that his dog was trying to get out of this but Anthony just kept him there anyway until the couple said your dog was trying to get out. And even at the moment when he was trying to leave he still arguing and spoke something out of his mouth. FYI, Im trying to tell a complete story not biased on Anthony or Bosley. And again earlier one of the employee let him in is true.

I normally don't share lengthy negative reviews unless it warrants one. In this case, it warrants such a lengthy review for others to be aware of due to my experience at this store. As was mentioned in past reviews at this particular store by other customers who didn't see the tiny inscription of needing to book online, I went to the wash bay with my dog and was allowed to have one of the bays to begin washing my dog. Erin (who later begrudgingly admitted it was her fault for allowing me to begin washing my dog after letting the confusion with another employee named Ife continue) directed me to the open wash bay. About 7 minutes or so into the wash, another employee named Ife came over and began to berate me and accuse me of cutting in line when I was given permission from Erin the other employee on duty. I didn't want to argue and said 'Okay' as in I understood what she was telling me. After about 5 min., she came back again and began to tell me to hurry it up as I was trying to finish up as soon as I could. Afterall, I was still paying for this service so I wanted to ensure that I was finished drying my dog. After finishing and going up to the till to pay, I assertively and objectively informed Ife that Erin had let me in and I didn't know you needed an appointment (speaking with a friend who also frequents this location, they said that they never had to book an appointment. Maybe because they came in when it wasn't busy). As I tried to explain my situation, Ife would cut me off mid-sentence and continued to harangue and speak very harshly to me, stating that I, "should have known better!" as if it was common sense. If this was store policy and customers who didn't follow this procedure were given ill-treatment as a result, why did Erin not ask me if I had an appointment since she has been working here for years, I later found out? Seems like she would have encountered this over the years and could have been proactive in preventing a big misunderstanding and ill-treatment. Ife was obviously having a really bad episode; she was tunnel visioned and obstinate and was unwilling to listen to my side of the story of why I went and started washing my dog; rather she wanted to be rude and completely disrespectful towards me for no good reason and use this as some kind of justified reason to do so. It was definitely bad conduct and overall experience. Employees should not be yelling and talking condescendingly to their customers especially if it's a mistake on the employees end. No apologies made nor any reasonable attempt to try understand and be courteous or friendly about this whole situation. Also, Ife did not deal with the situation properly and encouraged other customers to join in on this attempted bullying/harassment and ill-treatment that I did not create nor start. There is one thing that I can't stand is when someone is clearly wrong and they know it; try to put the blame on someone else using it for grounds to shift the blame rather than taking responsibility and acknowledgement like a fair person would (clearly an obvious gaslighting technique on Ife's part exposed for all to see). Terrible experience. Will not be coming back and Bosley's has lost yet another customer due to terrible customer service. I also overheard her calling her manager and embellishing the story and making her out to be the someone who appears to be "doing the right thing" and as to discredit my legitimate complaint before I had a chance to reach out to management due to the ill-treatment by Ife and Erin. Also, I tried calling the manager and left a message with no response nor seemingly interested in wanting to resolve this issue with the employees conduct. This was my last and only avenue to share my extremely poor experience at Bosley's at Hastings and Renfrew area.
