        They are always friendly and helpful with my online orders for pick up. My dog loves that they offer treats behind the counter and tries his best to inspect their premises and help himself. They do keep dried chews around the check out area, which makes it easy to find new treats for your dog.

        Tisol is a very big store that has extensive varietys! Moved here from california and was feeding my puppers stella and chewys which is a cali brand. Found it here with a wide variety for very good prices! Toys much cheaper than the surrounding competitors too!

        Ordered a very expensive water bottle and drove 30 min to the store to pick it up. None of the staff were knowledgeable in how to use the water bottle and could not explain; they helped customer after customer ahead of me because they were not familiar with the product. Left the store empty handed and frustrated :(
