Ordered for pickup tonight. Hostess took 4 mins looking for a table for customers ahead of me, before they just went to the bar. Then proceeds to chat to her friend while the guy in the suit continues to stare at an iPad. I finally interupt the hostess to ask for my order and she quickly turns around to grab it then literally drops it on the counter without saying a word. Friendly customer service at Cactus Club
