Dr. Zaigham and the reception lady all seemed to be genuinely interested in my dogs well being, however their practice is extremely unprofessional and money oriented. The first time I sent my puppy in when she was 2 month old for a regular body check, the doctor said my puppy with one dose of basic vaccination can go outside if i got her the kennel cough vaccine, i did what he told. However a lot of OTHERS would disagree and i learned from other professional vets and my breeder dogs can ONLY go out after being fully vaxxed. He also said that my puppy needs a booster one month after the first kennel cough vaccine, but other clinics, which have very much more professionally trained doctor told me if the kennel cough vaccine was administered through nose there is no need for booster, and I got this confirmed from multiple sources. The second time I visited the clinic for my dogs swollen paws, the doctor prescribed 70 dollar worth prescription spray, and told me he would offer ear wax cleaning service to my dog for 29 dollar. He marked this during my first visit to the clinic and said that if he did the cleaning service, my dog would never have to clean her ear again. This time he flip flopped saying if my dog got new ear wax it would be due to infection (which is something really ridiculous since cockapoo is known for ear wax accumulation), he again offered some kind of ear drop but i declined as I cannot trust him for any advice given to my puppy. Now only 5 days later i found out my dog got new ear wax accumulation so his service and promises were completely a scam. I wouldnt dispute they offer affordable prices, which is good if you are price conscious. But please think twice if you would pay a little extra in another clinic to get some real professional medical advice. I talked to some of my neighboring dog owners who all told me this clinic is notoriously known for its subpar service. Had I known that I would never waste 150 dollar to let the doctor see my dogs swollen paws just to prescribe something which my puppy does not really need since it appears to heal itself. Staffs at this clinic do not speak fluent English. Im a nonnative english speaker too so I understand it is hard to get something started in a new country. But when you are seeking medical advice for your puppy clarity and professionalism is absolutely needed. They certainly do not need to speak extremely fluent english, but at least stay away from tricking unwary customer and offering misleading advice. It is very hard to get your message crossed and understood by them. The clinic does not have a proper medical environment look at all. I rarely write a long negative review, but their undesirable service has made me hard to not to. To many people who consider their pet a close part of their family: please avoid this clinic for the sake of your wallet and your puppys wellbeing. I dont mind to pay, but it has to worth the price.
