Great place. They stopped giving single masks out for visits. Stated I must purchase a box of masks instead. Just a heads up to everyone as they were giving out masks until now.

I am from BC originally and been going to see all the doctors at Rosser Medical for about two years now. The quality of care is excellent. Thanks you to all you wonderful doctors and support staff. You really are amazing! Best Cole

Doctor Heschler is very kind, attentive, proactive, and is the best doctor I have met in Brandon. The receptionists are rude and difficult to work with. Edit in November of 2021: I left this review only a month ago and it seems like either they took it on the chin or perhaps times just got easier and they were overwhelmed/tired, because every time I interact with the receptionists now they go above and beyond for my family and I. I really appreciate everything they do, from attentively calling back as soon as possible (I always manage to call when the doctors on lunch), to relaying very important information and making sure I know that my family's daily and live-saving medication is a real priority to them. It's a big breath of fresh air to be treated as a person by professionals and their assistants in the medical field. Typically, when dealing with doctors and their assistants, you're met with many bureaucratic walls or petty obstacles made in the name of professionalism, but when I frantically call about pharmacies or medications, it feels like they don't only want you to be healthy enough, but they want you to have peace of mind in your health. That's something that is really lacking in the healthcare system. I truly appreciate the efforts that the doctors and the receptionists do to ensure that we are not only healthy, but that we are confident with our own autonomy and their solidarity with our health care. Edit in October 2022: The assistants have seemed to return to their old ways of being rude and difficult to work with. I still appreciate Heschler for all he does. I just wish the assistants knew I am there to ask Heschler for help, not to annoy them.
