Very busy place for sure being the only show in town 3 of 4 secretaries thst were working at time very nice! The 4th, the eldest of the staff had to be the most rudest person I have seen at a work place. The way she spoke to patients was so uncalled for. They must be very hard up for staff to have this rude women working there dealing with patients. They need to replace her with another much friendlier secretary like the three that are up front answering phones etc. Other wise friendly busy place with great staff. All except one. Shame on you

The staff at GRMC Vision are absolutely wonderful. I had laser eye surgery a month ago, and my vision is incredible now. I had a scare 2 days after my surgery when my daughter accidentally hit my eye and my vision became cloudy. I called the office and immediately they made room for me to come in that day as soon as I could so they could check it. They are very professional, friendly and have made the whole experience easy and enjoyable! The doctors are very knowledgeable and very friendly as well.
