        I called ahead of time to requesting a room for the week. I notified the lady on phone I would be using a debit Visa. First Lady said, no problem just pay an extra 200. So when I arrived the next lady on shift refused my debit card money. She wanted 200 cash only and pointed rudely to ATM. I walked out without a room for the night.

        Worth the detour off the trans Canada. Staff are super friendly. Rooms: Building is well-kept. Room was very clean and comfortable. Safety: Parking lot was well lit. Doors had deadbolt and flip lock. Food & drinks: Several food choices nearby. Vending machines In motel. Breakfast provided. Choice of hot and cold beverages, cereal, toast, muffins, and toaster waffles. Fresh fruit available also.

        + Friendly staff and good location. - Good idea to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I kept hearing guests in other rooms cough, talk and their tvs.
