Had our furnace and AC unit replaced last year. Took the day off to be there for installation, they showed up with the wrong furnace because it wouldn't fit. Eventually they found the proper size and came a couple of days later to install. During installation the workers were very unprofessional and kept on complaining of the "horrible job" and the salesman. They left a mess in my home and found out later that they broke one of my AC lines that had to repaired the following week. A year later we are getting water coming in from the furnace vent, we called to have it inspected. Had a service tech show up just to tell us that he had no ladder and couldn't do anything. Was told someone would come take a look and be in touch. I waited a couple of days with no answer, I phoned to inquire about my issue. I was told again that someone would contact me. It's been a couple of days and still no answer from anyone. Incredibly horrible experience and service. Update we finally were phoned back multiple days layer to set up an appointment. We made an appointment for the following Wednesday from 2-6. I took time off of work to be there for when the tech showed up. They never ended up showing up for the appointment. I phoned back to inquire about the missed appointment and was told they didn't have it in their records. They looked further into it and was told that they deleted our appointment but they couldn't answer why they deleted our appointment. Still no repairs have been done, its been weeks since we have had our issue and it's next to impossible to get in contact with anyone. They have been one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with, never have I been treated like this from a company. I fully regret ever going with furnasman.
