My furnace kept cutting out in the evening and I called SH&C to set up an appt for the next day. Ed came at 10am and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Turned out it was a bad heat exchanger. He left to pick up the part and returned shortly to do the 3-hour install. After the install, he also cleaned out the inside and now my furnace is running smoother than ever. He was very professional and no mess was left behind. I highly recommend this company. Service: Heating system repair

Saved me thousands of dollars!!! Thank you very much for your honest opinion! I know the furnace is old, but you didnt push me to buy a new furnace. Spent a few hundred rather than thousands. My finance is not at the best right now, so I really appreciate what Sarte have done for me!! You will the one I buy the new furnace from once I get over the tough times. Would highly recommend Sarte. We had our furnace, A/C and some additional ducting done. They were able to schedule us in shortly, and come in and did the job quickly and clean. Even came back to fine tune the furnace when it was time to start heating the house this fall. Sammy and his team are very friendly and professional.
