Do not give any money up front, he will keep it and not answer your calls! Beware of this company!!

Micheal came to assess my furnace and told me it needed to be replaced. I gave him a deposit for the new unit and have not been able to get ahold of him since!! I called another company and when they came it was only a $85.00 repair. It has been almost 6 weeks and he still will not respond to me.

I wish I didnt have to write this review but after the way that Mike treated me I felt like I had to. I hired Evolution HVAC on a house that I bought last year to install an AC unit and they did a great job. Fast forward to now, I have a rental property that needed the AC unit serviced since it wasnt working. Mike came by to look at it and diagnosed that it was a problem with the circuit board. A couple weeks later he informed me that the circuit board had arrived and we arranged a day to install it. Mike canceled on me for the install day but seemed to have a reasonable excuse so I had no problem with it. Then the next week, the same thing happened. The week after I finally said I needed it done that week and he said he would for sure have it done that week. After that, Mike ignored every one of my calls and texts to him. In my line of work I deal with lots of different trades and this is one of the worst experiences Ive had. On top of all this, I had another company come and it wasnt even the circuit board that was the issue; it was a much cheaper fix.
