Wow. Marc (one of the owners) at Service Right Now was very professional at determining what was going on with our Furnace. Not only that - He was able to have it warrantied and honoured it. Rather than other companies who had no interest in warrantying and would rather to sell us something we didnt need, like a new furnace. Service Right Now were honest and fair repaired our furnace in the middle of freezing winter, avoiding a large unnecessary bill. I called in as per the google ads that they were "highly recomended" and theyre 24/ 7 open ready to help for emergency repair. I called around 1 am dont know the exact time but it was around 1 to 1:30ish am and tell them my AC issues. Below are the answers given. . They dont work on the dark . 24/7 is just to answer phone calls and ask us customer to call back around 8 in the morning till 330 or 430 pm. . They only work on the dark during winter season and for furnace as this is inside the house.. They should probe first if i live in a fenced area and the ac motor is is inside my fence and if i have adequate lighting incase they decided repair it that time. Theres a lit of reason they can give out but it was all againts what they out in their ads. I will defibitely share this experience in all of my social media platform Service: A/C system repair
