        Went in to view a suite. Lobby looked dusty and dirty. The rugs looked like they were from the 70's. The kitchen cupboards were a mess.... a couple of doors off the hinges. The balcony had terrible drafts from the damaged dry wall. What a dump. I walked out - and went elsewhere.

        They absolutely screw you on the move out and I mean on everything and forget about getting your security back. You would have to pay extra on top of what you paid as a security.

        We are so pleased to see JAMIE return as Management for 666 St Jame St. For the past 2 years we have been very disappointed with past WRE Management showing lack of action, sense of caring and overall motivation in making sure the property was run and kept pristine as the location deserves. Ever since the return of JAMIE there has been an immediate culture swing. His Attention to detail, trust and willingness to make things happen for the betterment of its tenants and the property will inevitably help restore our faith and I'm sure the faith of it's tenants in WRE moving forward.
