Victoria Arms Apartments

I have been here for many years and have no complaints with management and staff. They are good friendly people. I do have a suggestion concerning the new tenants and exiting ones. Please let them know that the floors are not sound proof. I understand vacuuming is essential and dropping things can not be helped. But it would be nice if they could walk a little softer. Pounding of heels can cause headaches for tenants below. Also tenants can purchase pads to put on kitchen chairs so not to scratch the floors moving those chairs. Again I have no complaints with staff as they are not aware of the sounds that penetrate the floors.

Been here since April of 2022, Wendie the Assistant Property Manager has been great and quick in responding to a couple small issues I had in the apartment. The building is big and has a lot of tenants so you have to have a little patience while things are looked into. I appreciate all the staff on site trying to keep things in order. Next time you see staff in the building maybe give them a thank you for what they do! No one is perfect, especially when your dealing with so many people in one place. Stay positive!

THERE STAFF LIE ON LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND ASSULT TENANTS FINGER PRINTS. I WAS WEARING A BODY CAMERA WHEN THE RESIDENT MANAGER PUSHED ME THE RAISED MY RENT TO 1365 WITHOUT ANY NOTICE AT ALL Never showed up for my move out and threatened me There staff are so careless that they damaged my items I reported mold to them and took them over a year to do anything about the issue They leave plastic over a turned on heater that could have put 278 tenants out of a home because that could have cased a fire They keep harassing me and anyone who visits me puts notices on my car and in my unit They enter my unit without any notice of several occasions There head office doesn't respond at all. Carpets are always dirty Repairs take months to have looked at such a disgraceful place to live and work Abby from Pinewood yelled at me even when I was an employee of this place. Tereza doesn't book the repairs that I told her about a few times she "lost" the list which is a lie
