Live in 40 Guy Savoie and just called in another noise complaint about the guy above us. His washer is going off kilter and actually rumbling in our apt. This started at 11:00 pm. You cannot sleep with laundry going above you. The woman who answered when asked, was not familiar with the contract, did not live in one of the buildings and only suggested to call the Police. She sounded totally frustrated with me and said no worries. I say yes there are many worries! She was no help at all. Other than this ongoing HUGE sound complaint we live living here. Don't understand how we can be so ignored throughout this.

I looooove Alvim! He is the best amazing manager ever. He is always really helpful, attentive and kind. The best part of living here is him They are really organized and hard working here. Whenever I need something to fix they send someone right away. The only thing that I dont like is the parking spot is a little bit far from my apartment. The building is new and comfy. The balcony is a little bit small but is good. I really enjoy living here.

Please tell your contractors to take off their shoe before they step on the carpet for any maintenance request.It happens couple times and Had to clean afterwards.

This is the BEST apartment I have ever lived in and I absolutely love it here!! Ive been a tenant here for over 3 years with no plans of leaving anytime soon. The staff is professional, prompt, and maintenance services are top notch. The building itself is secure with a locked entrance past the foyer, and uses a buzz code system for entry. Over the last 3 years, there have been many upgrades and fantastic upkeep of the premises - management is very proactive and on top of any concern before it becomes a real problem. There are no loud parties, out of control tenants, kids are not screeching in the halls... Very quiet and well maintained place to live.
