The new caretakers Thaliya and Israel are amazing. They keep the buildings very tidy and clean all the time. The hallways smell fresh, even the parking area is cleaned frequently. They are really good at responding to tenants' issues and are very quick at it. I appreciate their kind and understanding nature. They dont shrug off our concerns, Loved the experience. Had to move out coz we needed 3 bedroom, if they would have had it; I would still have been there. Thank you guys!

I was with caretaker for move out Process and she lies on the face like there was a couch in unit and next tenant needs that couch but she told me to move couch from unit without contacting other tenant she told me to they dont need it anymore. So, she is dishonest, lier and not doing her job properly. Thanks

2295 pembina is a horrible place. They never clean. Even during covid lockdowns. You can tell they dont care. And only care about the money. And not anyone who lives there.
