        I lived in Bison Pointe I for almost 2 years, and absolutely loved it. Good location, cool floorplans. Any issues were resolved immediately. I wish I could take my apartment with me to another province.

        Definitely a one star rated property. When you try to kindly request a repair or replacement for a damaged or not working appliance, they will accuse you for not using properly, even if you just moved in for a week, which obviously the damage was done before moving in. There are multiple area that emits strange and loud sound in the unit. However, the management will accuse the tenant to have a 'sensitive ear'. This management will NOT admit any problems and will NOT fix your problems.
