Security is not taken seriously. Multiple break ins to the underground parkade. Often find homeless people sleeping in the front entrance. There is zero sound proofing between suites. Hot water is often nearly impossible to get, especially in winter months. I haven't had reliable hot water in two months. Building management routinely ignore emails about building issues. We have one door for people with mobility issues and it was broken for six months. We had a huge pile of broken glass from a shattered window lying on the ground next to the outdoor sitting area for at least four months. It was ignored until I put in a complaint. The building management had been aware of it the entire time. The above ground parking lot and below ground parkade are never cleaned properly. Building management always threaten to tow cars that don't move to allow for proper cleaning but this has never been done in the over three years I've lived here. Rent is over priced for what you get. I actively warn people not to move into 15 Arden. I could go on and on about the issues I've had here.

My friend recommended this apartment to me. A girl named Danielle showed me the apartment online. She was very friendly, beautiful and patient, I'm looking forward to stay inside the apartment!

This apartment regularly has the fire alarm going off because people cant cook I guess? Overly frustrating being evacuated every couple of weeks over the last year, all times of the day and night. To the point now where most residents dont take the alarm seriously so if/when there is an actual fire, it could be tragic .. cant wait to move Edit to add: within the last 5 months the underground parkade has been ransacked twice, my husbands vehicle has had 2 windows smashed out now.

We are very happy that we found an apartment here. A wonderful team of managers who are always in touch by phone and email. They helped us and answered all our questions. Lovely, comfortable apartment with a very beautiful view from the window. We fell in love with this apartment! We are grateful to Justin and Adelaida for their help in choosing a suite and paperwork, as well as for their politeness and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.
