I have been a Resident of Fort Garry Tower for 17 years, and i love the building so much, the access to the river walk, the forks and what makes living at 70 Garry street even better is the Management team that is on site, from the Building Manager Melissa, to the maintenance crew, they do an amazing job taking care of tenants here. Such a great place to live. Thanks for the great memories Hazelview Properties.

I have lived here for 3 years . Every couple of months the water gets shut off . For repairs which has been going on for 3 years . Now its no hot water problems with the boiler which has happened a couple . Don't forget the barking dogs who bark all hours of the night and complaints are ignored . They don't notify tenants that the boilers aren't working . It will be fixed right away. Nope you call the emergency # and you get we don't know when it will be fixed. For the price we pay for rent this shouldnt be happening
