The Oaks on St Mary's

The care and quality of housekeeping/maintenance provided by the building has gone down over the past 2 years. The upkeep is not how is was. Hopefully this can be corrected.

Have been living in the building for 3 months. Nothing but good things to say about the building. Andrea and Josh are very helpful and on top of everything. Lobby is always clean. Looking forward to having more good experience!

I don't normally write reviews about where I live but this place is great. Towers Realty have been awesome to deal with and Andrea and Josh, the building managers (well not sure that's their official title lol), are exceptional. Always friendly and respond quickly to any issues. Thanks for making where I live a great experience.

This was by far one of the worst places I've ever lived. Brooke the manager is incredibly difficult and rude to start with. The people above us started a fire in the unit and ended up causing damage to our place. They took advantage of us by turning the power off in our unit for a week. Running high powered fans on our dime 24/7 to dry the roof and damage caused by the people above us and the water from the fire department. Being accommodating to Towers to help reduce damages went unnoticed, they completely disregard this at the move out inspection. Further when doing the inspection they brought there child with them (which is fine) however charging for extra cleaning as he put finger marks all over the walls and appliances was not appreciated. The maintenance of the parking lot in winter is horrible. For the price you pay there are so many better places in winnipeg. Do not rent with them it's not worth the headache of dealing with the staff or property.
