Don't be fooled by the beautiful amenities. Management is tragic. Lived there 3 years. Glad to be to gone.

Lived here for two years and was mostly a great experience. The only issues we experienced had to do with some other tenants having no respect for the common areas, creating too much noise despite multiple warnings from the staff, or who park in reserved spots that do not belong to them. We got our full damage deposit back without any argument, and there is an app you can use to submit a service request which is nice. Especially since Carmella has been working there it seems like things have improved, as she took our concerns seriously and made meaningful actions to address anything that came up.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The building is clean, quiet, and in a great neighbourhood - what more can you ask. The management was professional, understanding, and available when needed. I had to move out West for work and they even arranged a new tenant which saved me time & money. Contrary to previous comments I had no issues with return of my damage deposit, I just received it in the mail today in full (plus interest)!

The community staff and residents here are so nice to be around. The management team is very attentive and hard working and the suites are nice! Would definitely recommend living here!
