        Baylor place is horrifying. Landlords just dont care. Calls never returned. Repairs are done on their time no matter if its hurting you and NEVER done properly the first time. Maintenance have NO IDEA what they're doing. No skills whatsoever. Shingles with nails in them litter the priperty every Year and every year we complain cuz its dangerous, we get a song and dance then nothings done. Pay a bit more and move somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle

        Would prefer give 0 even minus if I can. Tried to find a place to rent and called more than 10 times and did not get response at all. Went to the office twice and no one is there.
