Avoid, avoid, avoid. This building is unsafe and dangerous. Vehicle windows smashed and robbed every couple of weeks in the underground parking garage. Management has zero empathy and provides zero assistance. Constant fire alarms, dogs allowed to defacate on balconies. Only one elevator serving 6 stories. Elevator constantly locked for move ins and service. 7 storey walk up stairs from insecure parking garage. Fitness area unusable for 8 months now this may be the worst managed building in Manitoba. STAY AWAY!!! Zero Stars.

what a joke you received a recent 5 star review with no comment and person from Turkey, Lmao. Advertised as Luxury living( charge most expensive rent and parking in the area) but consistently under repair and construction, always delivered under promised. no action taken after 2 break ins in 2 weeks and it's been 6 weeks since and always tell tenants "oh we are working on it". Jus keep working on it till next crime happens, really appreciate your effort, worked so hard everyday to make sure nothing complete ironclad staff. underground carwash has no idea when and where it will be ready and placed, but guess what, all we need is more rain so it'll drip enough water to underground parking so we get free carwash that ironclad can save money. I'm no expert in customer service/ client relation management but I'm assuming it's core value of your management to maintain good relationship with tenants and get as many referrals to grow. However, when this building's manager was changed twice in a week that confused everyone, especially happened right after all tenants sent concern email to karen fir which she promised will forward them to ironclad. With new management stepped in, there was no confirmation whether or not the company heard our concerns because the new manager wouldn't both to send out email to introduce herself and brief tenant on what is being worked on or what action is expecting to take place. anyways, not recommend to sign up unless you wanna troubles all the time, so many unexpected issues in first 2 years, question is, can this building even last for 5 years?
