I had an amazing experience living here with Sidney as the property manager. She was always diligent in addressing concerns and did so with empathy and kindness. Id be happy to leave in any building managed by Sidney Koehn again. Thank you sooo much for all the great work you do, it doesnt go unnoticed.

Robyn is the best cleaner ever. Kaylee will lift your mood with her bright red hair. Sidney will do the same, with her awesome smile. This is the best place you could ever live in, downtown.

Leaving this review for Centurion. I moved into the building when it first opened to the public, mightve even been the first tenant to occupy space here, and since weve seen the building undergo management by three different companies. The first was Ironclad, then Capital Property, and now were with Centurion. The quality of the place has improved SIGNIFICANTLY since they took over. If I were to rent elsewhere Id definitely seek another place managed by Centurion.

I have encountered nothing short of excellent service, provision of information and assistance from both managers at the complex. They assisted and was there to guide every step of the way and promptly responded to every enquiry I had. Kind and welcoming team. On another note the complex itself is well maintained and appears to have been built the day before; a very clean and well kept building.

Hello when we first looked at the place we met Sidney and she has so much patience with us we went back to look again to confirm an apartment because of course we wanted to make sure because we stated our next place is going to be for a long time :) and she always made time for us in her busy schedule she is easy going and always very welcoming, very approachable always smiling and on top of anything that may come up. We love it here and plan to stay for a long time. Very clean and cozy home. Alissa always smiling as well very good and professional staff/Management. Irma
