Hamilton Park Plaza

Been living here for the past 3 years and its a great place to live! Comfortable suites, clean and very spacious! Friendly neighbours, and best of all amazing and kind landlord Kelly! When need repairs they are quick to fix any issues, and kind staff. The area is safe, lots of parks and schools in the area, Grocery store across the street as well! Ive had nothing but good experiences living here, thankful to rent from an amazing apartment, thank you Globe :)

Was a good place back when Rancho owned it. Since Globe took it over it's gone down in quality majorly. Constant rent increases, lack of communication on repairs, security doors are regularly tampered with, storage lockers were broken into twice in the space of a year, I saw roaches in my building, water is always being shut off for repairs, yet was regularly still brown. Moved out and am so happy I did so, don't recommend this place.

Rent increases exceed provincial guidelines. Always doing some reno work outside apartments to justify. UPDATE: I moved out in 2020, after not being allowed to terminate my lease early. Apartment was in no condition to sublet. Very slow response to maintenance requests. Office record keeping is a shambles. I got contacted multiple times requesting my contact info, saying there was nothing on file. I used to refer friends to this block, now I would suggest you stay away.
