        If you have enough budget and good credit or you are white then there is no reason to live here. Otherwise, you will live with a caretaker yelling from the broadcast, live with many cute rat friends, and always be taught like a kid who makes mistakes. Final word, run and never come here.

        My husband and i lived in Rotunda Towers back in the early 90's on the 6th floor facing the pool area. I loved living there and always wished we never moved away from there. Rotunda Towers is a nice place to live. I just wish they were animal friendly though
