        New owners as of fall 2018. Looking forward to seeing the changes come spring/fall. Good caretaker. All outside brick has been repaired/replaced and now things are being updated this spring 2020 and looking good so far!! Finally a rental company that cares about the building. Sorry to say Globe did nothing for years that justified a rent increase.
