The property manager of this property definitely deserves 5 stars. When we needed a place for my father on short notice, he was professional, prompt and guided us through the whole process so it went very smooth and expediently. I cant say enough good things about our experience here. Thanks again Quin for making a stressful situation easier!

Foremost, Quin , the building manager responded to my questions and concerns , in a timely fashion. His communication skills are excellent, and pays close attention to hearing your concerns. His problem solving skills are excellent. When I had a particularly complex issue and when all obvious options have been tried for this particular issue, and no resolution has been achieved, Quin was upfront in saying he will need some more time to come up with a solution. I appreciated this thoroughly as I deem this to be very respectful. He came up with a strategy to address the issue. By the way , the issue with the oven temperature was resolved, strategically. Despite being busy , Quin takes the time to say, hello. I never felt dismissed. The building is very well maintained; it is kept clean. Maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and in a courteous fashion. All staff are friendly.
