Not sure what this other post is about. I have lived here for the last year and the resident manager is amazing. She is very respectful, always answers the phone and gets things fixed if they need to be. She is a very approachable person. Additionally, the garden always looks lovely and is well kept. She cares about the tenants and their overall well-being and safety.

Nothing but positive experiences at Panama Courts. Buildings in good condition, repairs are made when needed and the Residential Manager is super easy to contact! Quiet street and neighbourhood, have been enjoying it around here.

Very unreliable, irresponsible, and unprofessional resident manager. If you are not capable for the job, maybe someone else more capable should take over.
