I moved in here as a transitional home, waiting for the builders to finish my home. I intended to spend just 2 months. It was agreed (on the day of signing the lease December 7th) that I will be given access on December 31st, only for me to arrive with my movers on possession day and the site manager (Cassandra Wallis) stops me and insists that I pay for the day being December 31. Mind you, I was moving from one Broadstreet property to another with impeccable tenant record. After Six weeks, my house was ready and I moved out. Cassandra charged my security deposit $458 for an impact damage I met (wish I could attach a picture here) on the dryer. Every attempt I made to make her see reason met with deaf ears. Matter now rests with RTB. I will never allow anyone I know rent from Broadstreet. They employ the worst staffs.

We have resided at Heritage Park for 1 1/2 yrs. With downsizing from home ownership, it has been a pleasant experience. As a senior dog owner, I would greatly appreciate some seating to be available on our property.
