I love the interior of the apartments. Its very modern with a balcony. The rent is also affordable. The biggest downside would be the cleanliness of the hallways and the laundry room. The laundry machines are in terrible shape and I have never seen them cleaned professionally the last 6 months. They are always full of fur and really messy. The hallways are also full of fur and smell like pets which makes sense since it is pet friendly building.

Gorgeous little apartments with quality fixtures and fantastic maintenance staff - Peter is a gem!! Will answer texts promptly and get things done in a timely manner. Would have lived here longer than 2 years, but I moved closer to my parents due to family illness. It was great to be within walking distance of so many restaurants and bars as well!
