        Weve been using duo for our rental units for a while now. Unfortunately over the last few years weve had a handful of problems ranging from appliance reliability, to cleanliness and with repair person making a know/trusted tenant uncomfortable. After purchasing a washing machine from there they did not complete a setup and the balance was off. We contacted them and they assured us they would come back and never did. Unfortunately that washing machine only lasted 9 months.

        I had a feather pillow explode in my washer, which clogged my drain and filter. I called a few places and was told that their next appointments were 1-2 weeks away. I saw Duo recommended on a local neighborhood Facebook group. I called them and they were able to come out the next morning, which was a Saturday. They got my washer cleaned out & running again, and they were more reasonably priced that I expected. Very happy with their prompt service.
