Super slow service. Tellers are busy doing stuff behind the counters instead of helping customers.

They never ever have enough tellers working, there is always lineups of 10-15 people in line with only one teller at the desk. It's ridiculous, not everyone uses electronic banking and actually require a teller for some things

It would be nice if the staff limit their personal when there are people waiting in line to be served. Three people in front of me said that they have been waiting for over 15mins and teller just ignored them. Very disappointing.

Likely one of the worst branches in Winnipeg. Poor, extremely slow service. With online banking covering almost all services, they really should just close all walk in banks. Make them appointment only. No longer need to have 3 staff hired to stand around for most the day only to really work like 3 hours of the day. Could cut down on workers and save a ton of money and still give the same service so they can pay their CEOs an even bigger bonus. RBC is run by crooks

Would not "enrol" an active RBC customer in Online Banking. My husband had spinal surgery. He had severe complications and was in a coma for 2 weeks and is still hospitalized. He has never used online banking but obviously needs to now. Went online, tried to "enrol" but got message saying call 1-800. That operator told him he needed to get a phone appointment with the branch. Earliest apt was a week away. I tried to go to the branch on my lunch and offered to show his drivers license and FaceTime him - I have his debit card and PIN - but they refused and said he had to book a virtual appointment. ISN'T THIS THE SAME AS FACE TIME??? Not sure why they need me to TAKE MORE TIME OFF WORK and come for a 2nd time just to do the exact same thing. We have enough going on in our life and don't need this hassle. Can't wait for him to get out to hospital so we can close EVERY account with this useless excuse for a bank.
