        This bank is useless. ATM down town closed because of violence. Put a card lock on it; keep out the problem makers. No lock, all out instead unless bank is open. The branches have no phone numbers its all 1800 to a time wasting loop. Called yesterday to talk to someone waited 30 minutes and he could not get my CC onto the system so I could make a payment. Had to phone Scociabank to find out how to put my card on HSBCs system. If you have any choice in the matter at all stay away from this place. Some staff are simply nice ppl. But they work for a backwards hardass organization.

        I have been a customer for 19 years and have nothing but good things to say about HSBC I have used there services all over the world. Staff has always nice if you travel this is a great bank to deal with.
