Awesome Customer Service. I went without an appointment and they helped me with everything. Also, the service principally by Erin was excellent. She was friendly, empathic and professional , and She took all the time to explain to me all, open my bank products, and give me all the benefits that the bank has for the new customers . Highly recommended !!

This is my go to all time favourite scotiabank everyones so sweet but sophia is AMAZING she makes you feel so comfortable and happy and is so patient even if you have the dumbest questions. Shes not even a worker at this point shes like a amazing best friend. She even remembers her clients like me. I want to thank her so much and i wish her only success. The customer service with her is beyond amazing shes so proffessional and knows what shes doing. i hope a manager sees this or something but sophia is the best. Please give her the recognition she deserves i always come in with my mom layloma.

My wife went there. She answered aa questionnaire of how things went. There were issues and she marked them less than perfect. As a result, she got a call telling her off. Do they want the truth on the surveys?
