        I was told to go to the front desk to pick up my visa with ID something that should of taken 5 seconds. The person working the front desk told us to go to the line. With in the 30 minutes I have been waiting she actually told another customer it is a really easy job you just have to pretend you feel bad that you can't help people

        We had been bankking with RBC for years, been on a branch that treats you like family, this certain branch have the most Terrible service, beside the Long line up all the time, it feels like they dont want to address your concern and push you out of the door to do it yourself online or go to a different branch. To say the least, im not going back to this branch anymore.
