        if i could rate this place a 0 i would. i called the customer service line and was disconnected so many times that i just decided to go in to the branch, only to be told that they couldnt help me and to go home. no other solutions were offered! the manager was incredibly rude and she refused to let me see anyone else for help. when i called back to the customer helpline the following day, i was told again to go back to the branch despite explaining that i had already been there. i have been running around in circles for days trying to get into contact with someone who can help. i left messages for the branch manager and the assistant branch manager about a week ago and i have not heard anything back at all. this bank is worthless! they do not care about their customers. dont waste your time with these idiots, go to TD.
