        Always a long line to see a teller, and service once at the teller is unnecessarily slow.

        If I could choose zero stars I would. Horrid customer service! Never enough Tellers working, another banking rep. trying to shift everyone over to use an ATM rudely! CIBC needs to shake up this Branch and reassign the staff supervising it.
