        Poor customer service. One of their financial advisor dont bother to answer important emails. They only care when you invest your money with them. They dont seem to care.

        Why do I call to speak to a robot?? Is this why youre shutting down all your branches. Tried to call to get help on trying to exchange money. All I get is generic message and hung up on. Thanks for the service
