The fact it is a friday and the last day of the month and the have only 2 tellers working is ridiculous. 30 minute wait time with 2 people being taken care of and only 4 people in line ahead of me. Usually this branch is great...just avoid on end of month or middle of the month pay days. Maybe have 1 teller for straight deposits. And not everyone can use the atm and have access to their entire payroll check right away without those nasty holds.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Ive wasted far too much of my precious time trying to get a savings account opened up, when it should be a super easy simple thing to do, or so I thought. Nope. Booking appointments is like experiencing a different type of hell, at least for me, although, I cant help but think that others feel the same about there whole appointment system. Speaking of appointments since Im on the topic, the customer service in general is horrendous. I called before and nobody was available. I dont know what is going on at this branch, and Im not going to sit here wasting any more of my time writing out this review in hopes to help anybody else wanting to associate themselves with this horrid branch, but this is the only one Ive experienced ANY problems like this. Ive been to other CIBC branches, before and theyve all been super helpful, friendly and a breeze. No problems with any branch other then this one. If youre a typically busy person, dont go here, please. Save yourself the stress and struggle and just go to another bank/CIBC branch. I really hope this bank branch gets fixed or more organized.
