        Insane banking fees , Completely incompetent staff , issued me two separate bank cards at the same time when I signed up , I cant purchase anything online because of an old phone number they cant seem to remove its been 6 months of branch visits to try and resolve and the issue still persists. Ill be going back to Royal Bank

        The Tyndall location needs praise. After dealing with Northgate which was ridiculous. Today in an hour and a half they got the job done. So kind. I was a mess. And what Northgate said was not possible again I tell you they did it in an hour and a half. Andy was one and unfortunately the spelling of the other man( might have been Asst manager/ has left my brain. Thank you for taking the time you did to help me.
