Update: Stay FAR away. They had my vehicle for 4 months and it came back with the A/C broken and remaining damage that wasn't fixed. Customer service is horrible. The manager just makes up whatever excuse to get you off the phone and is very quick to throw other people/businesses under the bus rather than come up with actual solutions. I'll update this once I finally get my vehicle back, but their customer service is horrendous. On FOUR occasions, I have been told that my vehicle would be ready by a certain date and if not, I would receive a call with an update. All four times, I've had zero contact and have had to reach out myself days after the fact. Most recently, they claimed my vehicle would be ready today. It's 2 hours before closing and I've heard nothing. Would not recommend. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had damage to my driver's side door which they repaired perfectly. When I brought it in the first time, I had told them that the driver's side window control didn't work and the radio didn't shut off when I left the car. The problems appeared to be corrected when I picked up the car but weeks later, the problems re-appeared. I was initially told that they would be able to easily detect if the window control was a result of the accident but the radio may need further diagnostics which would cost me $181. I told them just to leave the radio problem alone if it's not easily detectable. I would just have to remember to turn the radio off when I leave the car so it doesn't drain the battery. When I picked up the car, they told me that the radio problem was due to old faulty wiring and they had fixed it, no charge. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful. Thanks to the team!

I just wanna mention the extreme pleasure I experienced when picking up my vehicle after having expert repair work completed! Basically it was detailed to above and beyond leaving the factory floor!! Not only having perfect part replacement,but someone spent considerable time and effort super cleaning the interior! Im quite fussy when cleaning inside windows,I believe in streak free,and so does the attendant who performed the clean! From starting the ordeal,and having all rental arrangements covered,which i need to mention included a free of extra charge upgrade,I would really wonder why any gear head would choose any other place to get a genuine parts repair? Set yourself up for amazing,stay with the folks who strive for perfect,bring that broken or bruised babe home to where your vehicle is as important as you are! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Not good Service they said 4 days but took 12 days so I need to pay for rental car insurance.I paid for every day so upset

Tom and his crew are some of the best Ive dealt with. Theyve been able to knock out the solid repairs and their paint match is unbelievable, even from one of our other older cars (03 Honda Accord). More recently, matched & repaired our Audi A3, Acura RDX and Tacoma. The front reception ladies are warm and welcoming. Ive referred a few of my close friends, without hesitation and theyve all bragged about the service they received - even with their older model vehicles. When I got my truck back, the cleaning & detailing that was completed was that of a professional detailing center. Almost as good as if I wouldve done it. Ill always use and refer Gauthier Collision as long as Tom is there and his crew keeps doing the high level of work that they do. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
