Terrible service! Our vehicle got stolen and they took it in. It took a very long time to get the estimates and work done. We pointed out the mirror is broken, and they made us sign the docs about the inspection. But they did not replace the mirror. They said ti was not mentioned on the inspection report which they did not provide a copy of. They also did not tell us that we are supposed to pick up the vehicle on a certain day. When we came the next day, they were very rude stating that we owed the car rental fee for the day we had the car. They said it is "our responsibility" to know the rules. As if we get a car stolen every day and we have all this information. We were depending on them to guide us through the process which they failed miserably in explaining. Next we found noises in the car when we drove it. They said you had to ask to do a test drive. How the heck am I supposed to know that I should ask? Next, we found there are scuff marks on the passenger door. I told them about it, they disclaimed they did it. It was clearly put on AFTER the vehicle got washed. I was able to rub some of it off. The door now squeaks when we open it. They did not want to do anything to remedy that issue. We've notified the insurance company and we're awaiting their response. Service: Painting

Great service after the s__t show at Ram Autobody where I initially scheduled the same inspection for 11 a.m. Had to call Ram at 4:45(they close at 5) and was told still not complete due to ice and snow and they gave me a timeline of 2 hours. Scheduled same inspection appointment with Focus for body repairs for 11:30 and was told 1 hour. They were done at noon! Washed my car and the undercarriage to ensure all damage was accounted for. They certainly have my business from here on out.

Horrible service!!! Installed the wrong part for my SUV. It's been over 6 months of calling and following up for them to install the correct part. Still nothing. Avoid this place. Can't believe how disorganized this business is.

They had our car for 7 months!!! Do not go there for timely repairs or customer service. The only person that was remotely helpful was Mark and he (wisely) is leaving. We were repeatedly told that the car was almost ready for them to disappear for several weeks with no communication. I had to fight to get my rental and get the dealership involved before one magically appeared. Disappointed is an understatement, incompetence pure and simple. Services: Body & Trim, Tires
