Glasgow Collision Centre

Rudest receptionist in the city. Called as I was calling everyone to try to find an mpi accredited auto shop that was taking cars, pretty much everyone was full up this spring so I got a lot of people telling me they couldn't work on my car but for the most part shops were kind and consiliatory, this was not the case with Glasgow collision centre. The woman behind the phone curtly told me that of course they couldn't work on my car because they had no room, and when I asked politely if they knew anyone who had room she replied with "well you'll just have to call around won't you" so I'd recommend that you don't ever "call around" to them.

I have taken my car here 5 times over the years. I have had excellent service each and every time. It is a family owned business which I really like and when they say your car will be ready in 3 to 4 days...it is ready! They do not keep it for weeks at a time. The customer service is excellent and the car detailing they do on your car before returning it to you is amazing. Spotless. I hope I do not need to visit them too often but when I need a reliable body shop, I know who I am calling :)

I had my car repaired there through MPI, they did a great job! Timely and professional repair with respectful customer service . Strongly recommended.
