I went to this place to screw a loose nut and they charge me $45 for it. To screw this nut it won't take 1 min. When I asked them why $45 they mentioned they perform some tests (which I didn't ask to do or they didn't ask me to get my permission). This is the worst nightmare just paid and left. But I always keep the bill as my souvenir. Be careful you may also experience something similar to me next time when you go to this place. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Really bad experience. They broke a coupler for the cooling system on the car whilst doing a coolant flush. They said they would order a replacement (at our own cost), which 2 months later we still haven't heard back. They tried to patch up the system which resulted in the car breaking down twice. Had the invoice examined by a mechanic friend, who pointed out that we were massively over charged on components & labor. Cheapest components used and charged over double the shop value, charged full labor for 3 related systems that were already in pieces because of the other work being done. This seems like a practice that unless you know about whats involved in vehicle mechanics you would never challenge, but is pretty shady. Honestly just go somewhere else.
